Conventional ball transfer is structurally more prone to get dusts inside, so once it goes in, it is difficult to drop out, so it showed weaknesses during the operations in harsh environment such as underwater (sea water, muddy water etc.), oil, dust etc.
Planeveyor dust discharge type uses the advantages of the original spherical surface (PAT.P) to drill holes (slits) in the receiving part of the small balls and the ball cover part to discharge dust and water that got inside.

Atec's dust discharge device type of Plaveveyor recognize the drastic solution method of discharging dust
by taking advantage of the original spherical surface (PAT.P).

We succeeded in fundamentally solving the problem of rotation failure due to dust by distinguishing it from conventional countermeasures against dust intrusion (rubber seal etc.).
Ever since Planeveyor adopts the original spherical surface (PAT.P) of the new mechanism completely different from the ball transfer so far, it does not receive the load on the small ball receiving surface directly under the main ball. With this structure, it is possible to drill a lot of dust discharging holes.
It discharges dust and water etc, that got inside and operates normally even under severe environment, maintaining smooth rotation.
