Cutting product
After loading the mold, move it front to back, left and right on Planeveyor to make a position for it. When the upper mold is attached to the ram and the lower mold is clamped, Planeveyor will sink by the clamping force, the lower mold and the bolster will be in close contact.

It is spring type Planeveyor for die positioning corresponding to bolster cushion pin holes of the press machine.
There are two basic sizes, and by using the auxiliary spacer it is possible to match with the press cushion pin hole size of many press manufacturers.

It is a spring cushion type Planeveyor of a flange mounting type.
The intenal spring of Planeveyor does not change the load, but the load changes the spring’s cushion and takes part of the weight, and it is easily and quickly mounted and positioned for jigs, mold exchange. Free motion control and liberalization of heavy load transport can be achieved.
